SENIOR TRAVEL CONSULTANT ($5000-$8000/AWS/VB)ref: TK

$8K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently handling incoming travel requests either by phone, BCD personal mobile or e-mail, you will be their emergency line if anything is needed when they are travelling.
• Pre-empting and understanding the needs of your clients’ travel policies and appropriately guiding them to the best solutions
• Able to book meet and greet services, private charter flights, and any other concierge type of requests needed.
• Offering a bespoke service even if they want you to book their families travel as well.
• Being aware of their budgets and offering the best deals possible
• Handling amendments, cancellations, schedule changes and disruptions
• Sourcing and rate negotiation with suppliers and fulfil payment process on behalf of client
• Keeping up to date with the changing nature of travel resulting from the pandemic

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Travel/ Tourism is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
