Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Deploy, administer and maintain servers, Network, Firewalls, routers, switches and printer. Includes Documentation updates and creation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve computer and telephony related issues when contacted by staff/client by providing on-site and remote support.
- Managing assigned projects and program components to deliver services in accordance with established objectives.
- Responding to inquiries from staff, administrator, service providers, sales personnel and vendors to provide technical assistance and support.
- Whenever necessary, supervise the administration of system and servers related network to ensure availability of services to authorized users.
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Window Servers, MS Exchange 2010, VMware, HyperV, Citrix, VPN, MPLS, MegaPop and MS SQL.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
