Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and support the company’s platform for managing its IT services. To maximize value, encourage strategic development and improve its usage and integration with other tools and processes.
- Lead the delivery and administration of IT operational services, such as processes for incident, problem, change, patch, configuration, and asset management.
- Encourage collaboration and support management of daily operational activities across many stakeholders from datacenter facilities, networks, and platforms
- Manage and direct the performance of the IT Service Provider for IT Operations, making sure that Service Level Agreements have been met and that improvement plans have been implemented.
- Act as the main point of contact for all services, changes, and performance related to IT initiatives.
- Work with development team in India for current and new projects
- Work hard to test and understand well the products (Software development) which have been developed and undergoing development
- Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience with backup and recovery, Citrix or Remote Desktop Services is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
