Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food.
- Ensure all food items are cooked by following the recipe and to specification.
- Organize work area efficiently and comply with company policies and procedures
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness at all times
- Ensure the food quality standard
- Ensure all statutory regulations are adhered to, such as food hygiene policies
- Monitor stock movement and be responsible for ordering on Hot Side section
- Ensure minimum kitchen wastage
Requirements
- A-level / Diploma and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Have experience working in catering business or F&B Manufacturing industry
- Have general knowledge of cooking temperatures, making soups & sauces, and vegetable preparation.
