SENIOR SOURCING EXECUTIVE ($4000-$6000/AWS/VB)ref: VK

$6K+ AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: CBD

Responsibilities

• Do often research to understand company’s operations needs and requirements.
• Analyse and calculate costs of procurement and suggest methods to decrease expenditure.
• Negotiate contract terms, develop, and oversee implementing strategies, and lead negotiations when required.
• Cooperate with stakeholders to guarantee agreement on terms and processes.
• Develop strong relationships with trustworthy vendors and suppliers, including negotiating prices and conditions, and resolving disputes.
• Provide pre- and post-shipment support for all procurement activities: manage specifications, samples, quality, delivery, and payment, and monitor supply chain compliance with contract terms.
• Ensure all suppliers and subcontractors comply with company policies, including ethical sourcing practices, safety, and corporate responsibility.
• Submit reports to the Management as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management and relevant software is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
