SENIOR SOURCING EXECUTIVE ($4000-$5500/AWS/VB)ref: VK

$5500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Provide support to sourcing manager to source and evaluate new vendors for supply of identified materials for company’s portfolio of business.
• Able to negotiate with new and existing vendors to ensure supply of material in most cost-efficient manner within agreed price target and budget.
• Working closely with purchasing team to track and monitor delivery of purchased items within agreed schedule and confirm delivery of items per agreed specifications by respective vendors.
• Conduct monthly / periodic review of existing vendors, provide, negotiate and execute recommendations to ensure vendor performance on pricing, quality and delivery.
• Provide support to management in reviewing and recommending sourcing / procurement policies including use of appropriate tools to meet company’s evolving business needs.
• Review and provide recommendations to management for the materials needed
• Handle the daily activity while re-established workflow and cross training of team member
• Successfully implement ERP sourcing / procurement related modules

Requirements

• Minimum diploma or degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or equivalent
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in logistics and familiarity with incoterms is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
