Responsibilities
- Assist to implement and maintenance of Service Partner program across Asia Pac region
- Involved in negotiating with audit provider on contract and audit pricing with external certification provider
- Responsible to evaluate current service partners and contract review
- Assist on data analysis and coordination with stakeholders
- Prepare service certification and conduct competence tests including maintain the audit database
- Improve the certification and audit database based on requirements and standards
Requirements
- Degree in mechanical engineering / Business or related
- Min 3 years experience in pump Audited Service Partner / technical service organisation
- Possess excellent communication skills and organised
- Possess experience with ISO audit standard
