Responsibilities
- Prepare business processes for quality management system certification / surveillance audits, facilitate external audit, ensure external audit finding closure.
- Internal audits, project audits and ensuring that quality management system non-conformances / observations are properly investigated, corrections and/or corrective actions are performed by business processes and audit findings are closed
- Developing / Updating quality management system local work instructions in alignment with global work instructions. Actively contribute to developing global work instructions for business processes.
- Monitor QA/QC concerns highlighted by client & ensure that product non-conformances / issues are properly investigated, and corrective actions are proposed and/or implemented until satisfactory closure.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s in Mechanical, Production Engineering or related Discipline
- 8 years of experience in quality with major experience in quality management
- Experience in Oil and Gas, Chemical, Petrochemical, Major Fabrication, EPC/3rd party certification agency
- ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor
