$2700 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- To source, review, negotiate & place the procurement of Material requisition
- To ensure the delivery is comply with the schedule & approved Customer/Sites’ Order
- To review the quality of Material Order prior to/upon Delivery with proper Delivery Order Summary
- To collate the summary of generated Purchase Order for the Material Orders base on the requisition form
- To keep track on pricing on all projects
- Verifying suppliers’ delivery orders and invoices and ensure documents are sent to accounts for payments
- To ensure all purchases are in order and any unfulfilled/damaged orders are resolved with suppliers
- To update and maintain Vendors list
Requirements
- Diploma / GCE (O) Level or SPM equivalent
- Minimum 1 – 2 years related working experience
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good communication and analytical skills
