Responsibilities
- Liaise with headquarter and key stake holders to support flow of communications, decisions to deliver for our customers.
- Exhibits deep understanding of technology and go-to-markets strategy and is therefore adept at simplifying complexity
- Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity
- Lead operating cadence, meetings, agenda’s for CVP
- Build and maximize trusting relationships with members, seeking to understand and align leadership priorities.
- Drive and foster a culture through internal cross-group initiatives and driving new culture plans.
- Effective at balancing both strategy and execution – can think strategically, and can also roll up their sleeves to get things done.
- In partnership with HR, Finance and Corp Comms: Drive and support internal communications including key communication deliverables, work to identify skill gaps and help to manage operating cadence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration /Engineering or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strategic thinking and self-initiation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
