Responsibilities
- Prepare material planning schedule and maintain Material data in SAP system
- Lead the project in managing the lead time reduction activity and improve On-time delivery
- Conduct weekly production meeting to ensure all the functions are in-line with to achieve the production plan
- Follow up & liaise with buyers & logistic on material delivery from vendor packing list release till arrival to plant for production consumption.
- Forward planning to even the loading by pulling forward or delaying loading to avoid capacity shortage.
Requirements
- Degree in Business or Engineering
- Min 3 years of experience in planning and scheduling preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficient in SAP / Oracle System
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
