Location: East
Responsibilities
- Responsible for regular visual inspection of fashion products to comply with the Company’s required standards
- Comply with the Company quality standards and procedures
- Completes all administrative activities associated with quality inspection
- To process sales orders into system in a timely manner
- To ensure proper documentation on issuing sales orders, invoice & other related documents
- Issue invoices to customers and ensure that all prices for the products are billed correctly
- Ensure that all invoices are delivered to the customers in a timely manner
- Follow up closely with customers on any outstanding invoices and provide updates on payment statuses
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Good communication skills and positive mindset
- Possess problem solving capability.
