- Supervise operation team in logistics and documentations in daily functions
- Handle shipping documents (B/L, commercial invoice, etc)
- L/C application and bank negotiaton
- Coordinate with suppliers, clients and oevrseas office
- Coordinate with suppliers on cargo readiness and payment matters
- Coordinate with 3PL, warehouse and carrier to fulfill customer’s requirements.
- Source and negotiate freight rates to meet product distribution requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree with min 5 years experience in commodities/ Freight/ Shipping industry
- Good understanding of shipping practices and documentation including L/C preferred.
- Experience in supervisory

- Salary: $3500 – $5K
