5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours


  • Responsible to administrator for monitoring and ITSM tools and deliver monitoring and ITSM solutions
  • Point of contact for monitoring tool or ITSM related interactions and assist to perform root cause analysis where required
  • Update on product enhancements and assess the suitability of upgrades while ensuring that the versions are current and supported
  • Work together with other teams and customers to understand their monitoring needs
  • Create and maintain documentation on configurations
  • Log support tickets to product vendors for issues, defects and the like, then promptly following through to reduce impact on operations



  • Min Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Min. 2 years experience in configuring, supporting and integrating monitoring and ticketing tools for network monitoring, trend analysis and network performance reporting
  • Familiarity with ITSM and ITOM preferred
  • Knowledge of a Scripting language and UNIX is a plus
  • Having the following certifications is advantageous:
    – ITIL Foundation V3 or above
    – Service Now Certification
    – DX UIM Certification
    – Certified Solarwinds Professional
