Salary Range: $3800 – $4500 + AWS + VB + allowance
There are Junior and Senior role (no Shifts)
- Design, develop and deploy various infrastructure, network and application monitoring solutions
- Develop dashboards for IT operations, production support, app/dev teams, as well as executives
- Develop functional procedure and system documentation as needed
- Analyse and identify thresholds to establish meaningful alerts
- Perform configuration, tuning, and troubleshooting of monitoring platforms
- Work with infrastructure teams to establish baseline monitoring and thresholds for core technologies
- Work with IT teams to create custom alerts for critical services
- Work with various teams to understand transactions that need to be monitored and develop solutions to meet those
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in IT / Computer Engineering or equivalent
- 3 years of experience in IT Support & Monitoring and problem solving and learning new technologies
- Familiarity with ITSM and ITOM preferred
- Knowledge in Windows/Unix/AIX/Linux/Solaris Server, Networking (Cisco), VOIP, IIS, Active Directory, Virtualization will be beneficial on the job.
