Responsibilities
- IT Infrastructure-network team to provide operation support and project implementation to the company network services.
- Responsible and ensures high standard for network security.
- Actively monitoring and ensuring high availability for all network devices and services.
- Automate network services monitoring to improve respond to down services.
- Participating and providing technical support in network-related projects, installation and setting up of network system(s) and ensuring projects completed within time, scope and budget.
- Maintaining network performance by monitoring, analyzing and performance tuning.
- Manages existing network maintenance contracts and delivered within service level agreements.
- Ensures network maintenance contracts are renewed on a timely manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 7 years of working experience in network design and maintenance support.
- Proficient with products from Arista, Cisco Systems, Fortinet, Juniper, F5 and Blue Coat
- Knowledgeable in VLAN, WLAN, SDN, SDWAN, MPLS, VPN, WiFi, internet and network security.
