SENIOR MARKETING MANAGER ($7500-$12,500/AWS/VB)ref: BT

$12,500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Define the marketing strategy designed to drive acquisition and engagement, including events and partnerships
• Plan, manage and execute on a robust, integrated calendar of both local first and global campaigns to support key initiatives and company milestones,
• Partner closely with with the Awareness Manager and Customer Marketing Manager to ensure consistency of messaging and narratives across all activies and bring customers into your campaigns,
• Collaborate with the Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, and demand teams to ensure campaigns are integrated across the business,
• Work closely with Sales team to align on programming and initiatives,
• Track, measure, and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and report results to sales and marketing leadership,
• Prioritise, manage and optimise marketing spend to deliver against KPIs,
• Support and represent local diversity through your work,

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience using CRM and marketing software is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
