Responsibilities
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies, including but not limited to content marketing, social media, email campaigns, webinars, events, and paid advertising, to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and develop targeted campaigns for specific customer segments.
- Establish and track key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and make data-driven decisions to optimise marketing efforts.
- Oversee the creation of marketing materials, such as case studies, blog posts, white papers, and presentations, ensuring brand consistency and messaging.
- Manage and grow the company’s online presence, including website updates, search engine optimisation (SEO), and social media channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with industry influencers, partners, and key stakeholders to expand the company’s network and reach.
- Monitor and analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking return on investment (ROI).
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
