Location: North
Responsibilities
- Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements.
- Apply working knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing process.
- Promote, maintain and continuously improve safe working environment by following OH&S guidelines.
- Conduct Process FMEA’s and appropriate Risk Assessments to ensure and demonstrate full compliance to product specification and requirements
- Actively provide constructive technical feedback and recommendations to ensure robust, manufacturable product.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive equipment qualification, new product introduction, production transfer, and manufacturing qualification
- Provide training on new equipment, processes & procedures as required.
- Assess and implement new processes, equipment and technologies for longer-term manufacturing requirements.
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in NPI and new technology introduction is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
