Senior Manufacturing Engineer ($4.5K / AWS / VB) RC

Salary Range: $3800 – $4500
Location:  Jurong / West

• Responsible for engineering support to production to meet daily target
• Troubleshoots, process issues and corrective actions
• Leads and/or to participates in development, training, qualification and validation activities for new product or technology transfers.
• Creates and manages Bill of Material (BOM) structure, product attributes, categories, configuration and Engineering related support.
• Ensures processes and equipment are operated in compliance with Environment, Health and Safety Regulations and Policies.
• Applies engineering, statistical tools and other problem-solving methodologies in resolving manufacturing issues.
• Identifies and ensures implementation of cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.
• Improves manufacturing efficiency through workflow, space and equipment layout optimization, automation and digital transformation.
• Ensure compliance of workplace safety rules,

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in Lean techniques / Six Sigma and Process Improvement tools
• Project management experienced with New Product transfer, automation and lean will be add advantage
