SENIOR MANAGER (RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT) ($10,500-$12,500/AWS/VB)ref: BT

$12,500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with R&D team and ASEAN Countries R&D teams.
• Inventory controls and purchasing of spare parts for research and development equipment
• Improvement of work quality and reduce equipment down time
• Support and work with Technical Support (Solution) Team & Sales & Marketing Department for new project in our Engineering Plastics
• Maintain long term research and development schedule and liaise closely with counterpart.
• Determine objectives and targets for continual improvement and action plans for achieving these objectives
• Support (Green House Gas) GHG audit and site verification by the Authorities and third party
• Assist to develop, formulate and design new polymer-based material to create breakthrough in manufacturing for industrial application.

Requirements

• Master Degree in Chemical Engineering or any related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge in Polymer / Plastics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
