Responsibilities
- Manage strategic and operational HR projects for APAC locations.
- Design, facilitate, and evaluate development programs, team-building sessions, and learning formats for APAC locations.
- Manage individual development requests and provide guidance for personal development measures for staff and management.
- Liaise with local external training suppliers in APAC to ensure training quality standards are met.
- Drive state-of-the-art learning methodologies and tools while managing our development portfolio.
- Provide ad-hoc support to the team on various HR People & Organizational Development initiatives.
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
