Responsibilities
- Responsible for identifying and contributing to the business process improvements through the development and implementation of strategic initiatives within the market network.
- Act as Value and services team to provide SME expertise, knowledge-building and driving process and systems robustness across APAC countries, via thorough understanding of market models, systems landscape
- Drive the partnerships with stakeholders in Supply Chain, Markets, Sales, IT to enable alignment on day-to-operations and facilitate consistency between expectations and capabilities through proactive communication
- Support Global SC CT in definition of DTC SC specific metrics around Availability, Service, Inventory and Costs, specifically for Retail Channel
- Create up to medium term (1 to 9 month) Fulfillment Center inventory/shipping projections and work with DC Operations management to ensure that DCs are operationally prepared to meet business requirements
Requirements
- Recognized Degree or above in Business/ Supply Chain
- Possess at least 6 years working experience in supply chain related area with at least 4 years of relevant work experience in omnichannel, fulfilment and eCom/Retail related functions
- Broad and deep knowledge about Omnichannel, fulfilment, and eCom and Retail
- Strong experience to manage a wide range of complex assignments and/or projects on a global level, with focus on Supply Chain Management, retail and eCom
