Location: East
Responsibilities
- Ensure high quality service level, ensuring rapid response to minimize downtime of equipment as part of maintenance planning and control
- Plan and delegates daily Preventive Maintenance / Corrective Maintenance work to supervisors/ work teams
- Ensures safety policies, practices, administration are enforced and complied during work
- Work with OEM and suppliers for technical support or quotation for additional repairs
- Conduct root cause analysis on critical equipment breakdowns and provide recommendation for the preventive of recurrence of the breakdowns
- Recommendation for liquidity damages or penalties claims on contractors in the event of non-compliance or failure to meet the contracts standard or deliverables
- Support on the preparation of all documentations and facilitator for internal and external audits, all internal department and contractor meetings
- Planning of shift roster for workshop, command center and fleet management team
Requirements
- Minimum Degree / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / Automotive Engineering from a recognized tertiary institution
- Preferably with additional training and / or work experience in electrical, electronic, hydraulic and mechanical systems and processes which are necessary for the competent maintenance of automatic and/or semi-automatic equipment
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a relevant discipline prefers from automotive or airport ground support equipment industry
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory or managerial experience
