Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist in the daily administration of L&D Department and maintaining & updating training matrix and records of internal & external training programs
- Assist in managing the delivery of training and development programs and devising a training strategy for the Group
- Assist in preparing training materials for in-house training programs
- Assist in evaluating training and development program
- Amending and revising programs as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment
- Ensure that approved and selected external training programs (local & overseas) are efficiently executed including logistics and administrative matters
- Update and maintain the training database to enable and facilitate analysis and management decision-making
- Work with government institutions such as Skills Future Singapore Agency (SSG) to apply for training grants and subsidies for approved courses to maximize all available training incentive schemes
Requirements
- Min. Diploma or equivalent Professional Qualifications
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience education
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications.
- Good communication & customer service skills
