Senior IT System Analyst ($6K /AWS/VB )ref: MT

$6K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Perform the IT day-to-day operations. Areas covered range from maintaining infrastructure systems (desktops/notebooks, servers, storage, backup system, network, monitoring tools)
• Assist to set up and maintain user accounts
• New system hardware and software evaluation
• Work with Regional support team on cases that require onsite support
• Provide day to day IT support to the branches which includes, setting up of new PCs, installation of software, notebooks, printers, network link, procurement of PCs, printers and any other IT equipment.
• Administration of network equipment in all branches
• Evaluate desktop software or hardware requests
• Maintain and review IT Documentation
• Branch / Office IT Equipment is operational

Requirements

• Diploma in Computer Engineering.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Administration of network equipment
• IT Documentation
