Location: CBD
Responsibilities
- Managing the day to day infrastructure and helpdesk related incidents/requests.
- Evaluating suitable technology for the fleets, proof-of-concept to implementation and support
- Install, configure and maintain workstations hardware and software (Operating system and applications such as Windows 10, Office 2019, Bloomberg, Reuters Eikon, IPC, etc), SCCM knowledge.
- Hands on experience in AD, ACL, GPO, SCCM packaging
- knowledge of telephone systems (ie VoIP Avaya)
- Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) Intune and Airwatch
- Knowledge and understanding of enterprise networks and integration with SaaS platforms.
- Ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Microsoft 365 and Cloud related projects is essential is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
