Responsibilities
- Provide timely technical and commercial quotation based on the customer specifications and / or recommendation from sales
- Participates in technical and commercial clarification meetings with customers and internal team when required.
- Reviews customer orders and ensure timely and accurate order entry into the systems
- Monitoring delivery status & expedite shipments when necessary
- Review Purchase Order (PO) to ensure basic terms and conditions are met.
- Responsible for order status, performance and forecasting reporting (progress reports) to internal (sales) and external customers throughout the execution.
- Coordinate & deliver required documentation with the submission of relevant commercial / technical documentation
- Responsible for coordinating smooth invoice process between finance team and customer after shipment
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Chemical or Instrumentation and Control Engineering
- Possess at least 2 years of experience in the Application Engineering; Sizing and Selection of Pressure Safety Valves or Pressure regulators would be advantageous
- Technical knowledge of industrial valves would be an advantage.
- Strong basics in mechanical engineering fundamentals.
