SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCE Manager ($6000-$10,000/AWS/VB )ref: MT

$10K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement HR related policies, procedures and practices
• Work with the various departments on talents acquisition, talent retention, training and succession planning
• Formulate compensation and incentive plans
• Enhance and manage a strong performance appraisal system that leads to high performance
• Initiate and drive a motivating employee experience
• Work with management to build a striving and an inclusive work environment
• Ensure local compliance with employment laws, regulations and other statutory HR requirements
• Work with the HQ’s Head of HR to ensure timely delivery of HR projects

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource, Business Management or equivalent
• Preferably with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in HR and at least 5 years of experience as a seasoned HR manager
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and effectively in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment
• Possess strong organizational, analytical and influencing skills
