Responsibilities
- Manage full spectrum of Recruitment and Selection function
- Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating
- Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed
- Act as the point of contact regarding labour legislation issues
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
- Obtain training and other relevant grants from Government authorities
- Handles new employees’ welfare and administration such as Make-Up Pay claim for NS man, Government Paid Leave Claims for GPML,GPCL & GPPL etc
- Handle employees’ disciplinary issues and grievances
Requirements
- Diploma in any discipline, preferably Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- High degree of discretion to handle confidential information
