Responsibilities
- Responsible for regional finance planning and analysis in Asia Pacific region
- Support the financial planning for monthly, quarterly, and annual data review and analyze the variance between actuals and forecast
- To work closely with country management on their financial performance to identify risks & opportunities
- Understand the profitability of factory and work with the factory controller to identify opportunities for cost containment, inventory reduction and managing transfer pricing across Countries within Asia
- Analyze and reporting of key business metrics like Profitability, Inventory, Cash flow, Capex Investment, Head Count Investment, Cost Containment Initiatives
- Consolidate and upload monthly, quarterly, and annual P&L reporting
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance
- Min 3 years’ experience in Finance Planning and risk controls
- Working knowledge of ERP (JDE/Oracle) systems and/or Hyperion is a plus
- Advanced skills in Excel & PowerPoint
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
