SENIOR FACILITIES TEAM LEADER ($9000/AWS/VB )ref: MT

$9K+ AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  Islandwide

 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for any building infrastructure related work and maintenance to upkeep the facilities in tip-top condition.
  • Responsible to engage various service providers to support various services onsite including pest control management, facilities cleaning services (GMP & non- GMP area), laundry services, security services including site access control management, company transportation services, cafeteria services and landscaping etc.
  • Responsible to engage service provider to supply and manage cleanroom gowning consumables as part of cleanroom management support.
  • Responsible for providing the facilities infrastructural technical support required for the preliminary design of the new project, such as the space provision for the introduction of new equipment, the priority of office/laboratory and equipment layout. Participate in the layout design, modeling and submission of facilities technical data for related project equipment.
  • Responsible for budget preparation and approval of general facilities equipment required for new projects. Responsible for the summary and full follow-up of the purchase of equipment, instruments, etc., to ensure that they arrive on time.
  • Responsible for the procurement of equipment required for new projects, including equipment ETS preparation, JDE application, technical scheme evaluation, FAT/SAT (including intermediate acceptance), equipment manufacturing progress follow-up, etc.
  • Responsible for determining the arrival date of the equipment, working with the warehouse for unpacking and acceptance of the equipment, and completing the filling and filing of equipment unpacking records in a timely manner, and delivering the equipment to the project party in good condition.
  • Responsible for the related work of contacting the service providers or contractors to address any building related or facilities services work.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above in facilities management, chemical, mechanical, electrical/electronic engineering and other related majors
  • more than 8 years of relevant work experience
  • Be proficient in operating Office software, and have the ability to review construction technical plans and equipment technical negotiation.
  • Good problem-solving skills and be able to guide and supervise the work of subordinates. Responsible for assignment, assessment and motivation of subordinate employees
