Location: North
Responsibilities
- Oversee the maintenance operation and requirements for facilities installations; Chillers, Boilers, Air Compressors, ACMV, Building & Grounds, Utilities, Lift, Water system (Process / Domestic), Cooling Towers, Substation. Evaluation of the scope details and frequency of maintenance required thereafter update the job plan; sequence; maintenance schedule in the maintenance and management system (Maximo)
- Update and maintain documentation relating to facilities, utilities installation’s manual, single lines and drawings. Periodically back up these drawings and data information
- Manage and liaise with vendors/contractors for installation and servicing works
- Identify critical spares parts/equipment required – Procure and ensure adequate supplies are available for replacement. Targeting at reducing the impact of downtime
- Raise works orders/purchase requisition, keep track and monitor the inventory as well as the progress of preventative maintenance/emergency maintenance/correct maintenance work in Maximo system
- Participate in monitoring and control of maintenance budget expenditure
- Act as Energy Champion in reducing energy/gas, water consumption and CO2 emission
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- ITE/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to use AutoCAD is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
