Senior Engineering Officer ( $2000-$3500/AWS/VB )ref: TJ

$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Islandwide

Responsibilities

• Monitoring of Customer Required Date (CRD) of all orders to ensure timely and accurately delivery.
• Tracking of all pending orders and ensuring all stakeholders (both external and internal) to complete their respective tasks promptly.
• Timely processing and tracking work orders on provide/recovery/change of services for customers via various switch systems.
• Performing switch works via 2FA SOE laptops for daily operational works.
• Tracking Service Orders and housekeeping to ensure they are being attended promptly.
• Handling, replying, analyzing, fault clearing, customers ‘meter dispute, trouble shooting on all sources of complaints; issues from email’s request, Sales, 1606, 1608, 1688…etc.
• Perform testing for all type of lines and leased circuits via fault rectification, escalation and liaise with other department when required.
• Hand-on to ensure cable testing, changing mains (copper or fibre) and perform jumpering works, if required.

Requirements

• Higher NITEC in Engineering OR Diploma in Telecommunication / Infocommunication Technology.
• 1 to 2 years of related working experience
• Able to manage daily tasks effectively.
• Able to guide and communicate with/explain to any internal stakeholders.
