Responsibilities
- Perform evaluation and optimization for wafer preparation process such as Backgrind, Lasergroove and Wafer Mechanical Saw
- Establish best optimized recipe to new devices
- Troubleshoot Backgrind, Lasergrooving and Mechanical Saw with the use of Problem Solving and Quality tools
- Resolve Wafer Preparation (Backgrind, Lasergroove, Mechanical Saw) process issue
- Complete evaluation and reports in a timely manner
- Generate reports for assembly data, evaluation and optimization/characterization and other data required by team & customer
- Make the best proposal and decisions in wafer preparation process materials, BKM and strategies. Wafer preparation process involve Backgrind, Lasergroove and Mechanical Saw
- Resolve issues or implement process improvement
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of industry experience in Backgrind, Lasergrooving and Wafer Mechanical Saw process
- Master / Degree in Engineering with minimum 5 years of Experience in Wafer Preparation process in Semiconductor Assembly
- Knowledge of Dam & Fill process is an advantage
- Knowledge of Wafer Auto inspection machine is an advantage
