Location: North
Responsibilities
- Main responsibilities include but not limited to: system risk assessment, design, installation/configuration, commissioning and troubleshooting system issues, providing solutions to problems relevant to process control systems and interfaces.
- Install/ upgrade/ troubleshoot: windows servers, workstations, applications, TCP/IP and network equipment in the network
- Manage vendor contracts including maintenance and parts management contracts
- Provide technical training as required in the area of expertise
- Interface with third parties and suppliers of process control systems hardware, software, firmware and services to ensure safe, reliable and efficient plant operations
- Develop, maintain and update the DCIS, SIS and FGS related maintenance procedures and documentation to ensure up to date as per industry practice, RCA recommendations and MOCs
- Carry out MOCs projects related to DCIS, SIS and FGS from engineering, construction to commissioning
- Manage the functional safety lifecycle
Requirements
- Degree in Computer, Electrical & Electronics Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in Microsoft technology, Network infrastructure and cybersecurity (eg CISCO routers and switches), virtualisation technology (eg VMware) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
