Responsibilities

  • Execute the strategic roadmap for Digital Customer Experience and provide Digital Sales Growth
  • Work closely with stakeholders and IT teams to organize priorities in alignment with the company’s broader strategy
  • Work closely with Asia Pacific Countries in implementing Digital Solutions, design and enable sustainable work processes
  • Obtain feedback from end users and loop it into the strategy / decision making processes
  • Be able to deliver on the KPI’s in processes and generating Sales Growth
  • Hands on experience in using digital tools to train and formulate DCX champions network across Countries and Businesses
  • Ensure Asia Pacific requirements are represented and prioritized in global digital decision making process

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
  • Min 3 years of related Business Development Experience in an Industrial setup
  • Possess strong functional knowledge in strategy development and business development and managing sales
  • Knowledge and Experience in developing Digital Sales processes
  • Experience in either Digital Sales, Digital Customer Experience application, Digital Project Management, Quote & Order management, Digital Installed Base tools, eProcurement / eCommerce is a plus
