5 working days, Mon – Fri , normal office hours
Location: International Business Park
Responsibilities
- Be available to receive calls and email during working hour and provide usage assistance to desktop applications, operating systems and network connectivity
- Comply to Call Management Process as part of 1st level resolution, including the following
- Perform problem isolation to attempt to identify root cause of issue to resolve the case by accessing existing knowledge base, peers, senior or proactively engaging other resource
- Ensure problem isolation / resolution are based on FAQs, Knowledge Base, support guides, onsite team, peers and other available legitimate resources
- Perform tasks assigned from Team Lead or supervisor
Requirements
- Min Nitec/ diploma in IT or related
- Min 1 year experience in desktop support
- Familiar with Windows OS and Printer Administration, Office 365, Active Directory, 365 Sharepoints and OneDrive support experience
- Basic understanding of DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
- Experience in Linux/cloud computing will be an advantage
