Fixed Basic Salary $3K-$4K+commission+incentives + VB
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Responsibilities
- Respond to client’s queries and ensure clients’ requests are replied in a prompt manner
- Handle client’s enquiries through phone calls, emails and social media
- Maintains business working relationships with customers
- Manage orders documentations and invoicing department
- Oversee the Clients’ service contract for renewal and issue new contract
- Provide office support to either an individual or team for the smooth-running of the
business - Keep track and update of day-to-day cleaning schedules
– May need to conduct cold-calling to prospective customers if required
Requirements
- Min diploma in any disciplines
- 2 years in customer service / indoor sales & marketing related
- Proficient in MS Words
- Career progress towards Managerial role ; Possess leadership is a plus
