Responsibilities
- Coordinates between manufacturing plant and sales office on orders
- Provides updates and status reports to sales office and manages change order process
- Works with plant team to get order status and support prioritization
- Supports resolution of customer inquiries and adherence to customer request date
- Assists in sales shipment forecasting and provides reporting on order status
- Provides support for customer inquiries.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in any
- 2 years’ experience in customer service
- Proficient in a variety of software programs including customer relationship management and ERP software.
- Ability to comprehend technical specifications is a plus
