$6K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: Central

Responsibilities

• Perform and review Customer Due Diligence, Enhance Due Diligence and Accredited Investors’ Documents.
• Revise and ensure coherence of company compliance manual & Enterprise Wide Risk Assessment (EWRA) with MAS guidelines.
• Financial reporting to MAS on Risk Based Capital Requirements.
• Develop and review Human Resource policies and Corporate Governance Reporting.
• Develop and refine Board Assessment Checklist.
• Application for MAS license, coordinate with Legal Team.
• Assess Common Reporting Standards reporting obligations and perform periodic reviews.
• Administer and supervise licensed representative matters.

Requirements

• Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience in a Regulatory Compliance, Internal Audit, Accounting, or similar job function. Candidates with general compliance experience and/or industry compliance certification are advantageous.
• Knowledge of MAS regulatory requirements, especially Securities & Futures Act (SFA) & Financial Advisers Act (FAA).
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
