Responsibilities
- Lead a team of experienced Building Executives in managing the building operations and facilities, including outsourcing services e.g. cleaners, security, concierge etc.
- Manage, supervise and check on the quality of work delivered by the team and vendors. Ensure that the routine maintenance works and services are carried out satisfactorily and adequately.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure that the building is in good condition, e.g. cleanliness, car park and signages etc. Follow up with rectifications and make recommendations.
- Prepare budget planning, management reports, contracts review, vendor performance evaluation and monitoring the general building repairs and defect works.
- Work closely with the M&E team to manage the building’s facilities and equipment.
- Prepare, call, evaluate, and administer quotations and tenders for preventive & corrective maintenance, repairs & replacement works, services and supplies, and advise on selecting suitable vendors specialists and award such quotations and tenders.
- Participate in the building’s Green Mark upgrading standards and requirements, and update the building’s policies and compliance regularly.
- Conduct regular inspections of the fire protection facilities and systems and ensure that the systems are satisfactory and serviceable.
Requirements
- Degree in Building Management, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and building codes is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
