Responsibilities
- Maintain Business Partner record comprises of vendor’s master file creation, updates on changes and Supplier evaluation form
- To perform data entry for Freight and all miscellaneous invoices
- Preparation of T/T remittances for Inter-companies, representative offices, regional vendors and regional customers
- Preparation of Bank Transfer for local vendors, leasing companies/ domestics customers and funds transfer
- Preparation of Monthly Expenses Audit Schedules
- Journal Entries for accrual & provision, reversal provision, reversal of prepayments, provision for Income Tax, provision for audit/tax/secretarial fee and posting of project based costing
- To post & gather supporting evidence for inter-company billings
- Compile Quarterly Actual A&P expenses and generate accounting report
Requirements
- Min Diploma/Degree in Accountancy or equivalent
- Min 2 years of experience in related fields
- Proficient in SAP
- Able to start work in short notice
