Responsibilities
- Responsible for preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements
- Responsible in full set of accounts
- Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities/transfer
- Support forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines;
- Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required
- Verify on daily petty cash and monthly reimbursement claims as well as handling of staff purchase
- Preparations of monthly P&L reports
- Checking and keying of daily sales report
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or related fields
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in Accounting
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to work closely with the team
- Meticulous and organized
