Location:  Central

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates the security unit’s day-to-day user support activities, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of user problems and concerns with respect to current represented solution and technology.
• Oversees and coordinates the implementation of projects and work requests with our vendors.
• Supervises the team
• Prepares and delivers or oversees delivery of formal and informal training and instruction to our Core Clients as well as to the Security Team.
• To plan, coordinate, and oversee the design, development, and management of all customers security requirements, as appropriate to the needs and value add to better serve our clients.
• Development of operating goals and objectives for the security unit; recommends, implements, and administers methods and procedures to enhance efficient operations.
• Maintains currency of knowledge with respect to relevant state-of-the-art technology, equipment, and/or systems.
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
•  IT Security experiences in end users environment for 2 to 3 years.
• Skill in organizing resources and establishing priorities.
• Knowledge of current technological developments/trends in area of expertise especially in CheckPoint Solution.
