Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Able to execute on customer service instructions and comply to carrier / agent requirement.
- Handle all sea export & import shipment bookings via different channels of communication + invoicing.
- Attend to customers’ enquiries via email wherever necessary.
- To give timely feedback to customers on freight status
- Ensure timely creation & updates for specific customers’ SOPs.
- Good understanding of customers’ profiles and handling requirements to ensure 100% compliance, 100% customer satisfaction all the time.
- Respond to customer complaints and enquiries promptly (sense of urgency) and provide possible suggestions / solutions or assist with recovery actions whenever possible.
- Build good business rapport with both external and internal customers.
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- 2-3 years of working Experience in Freight Forwarding company
- Knowledge of Import and Export documentation, Sysfreight, Portnet and Tradenet is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
