Responsibilities
- Provide support to assigned customers / Overseas Agents in handling sales quotations, RFI, RFQs and enquiries for sea, arrange sea export booking with shipping lines
- Follow up on clients’, help to do sea export billing, invoice verification and handle rate disputes
- Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, Overseas Agents and well liaise with operations teams for shipment arrangement
- Perform other job duties as per requested
Requirements
- Minimum NITEC and above
- Min 1 year experience in freight forwarding
- Good in MS Office – word, excel, PowerPoint
- Able to work in teams & as well as with sea operation teams
