$4200 + AWS + VB + allowance

Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Provide quotations to customers, aligned with their freight management needs and in line with (CS)SOP, Freight industry policies and procedures in order to ensure compliance and increase revenue.
- Support the review customer’s freight requests and selection of appropriate carrier
- Provide pricing proposals for spot and regular quotation requests and maintain related costs
- Increase our hit rate and market share
- Manage service delivery for Key Account customers’ shipments and all customer service-related portfolio
- Proactive monitoring of shipments
- Customer notification of service failures and coordinate service recovery plan with operations
- Handle periodic reports on customer spend and established KPIs
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- At least 3 year’s working experience preferably in the Freight Forwarding industry
- Competent in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
