Responsibilities
- Responsible for insuring the day-to-day operation, reliability, and integrity.
- Installation, maintenance, and management of all data network equipment such as router, LAN switch, firewall, cyber security, wireless, servers, backup systems, network management and diagnostic tools, etc.
- Assist in the development of policies and procedures to support operations, security, and integrity.
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations.
- Monitored the network performance regularly to improve performance and functionality.
- Monitored network/software security – Controlled access to the IT network and updated security programs as a part of the security procedure.
- Carries out the installation, upgrading and maintenance of hardware and software.
- Provides technical network system and desktop support to ensure the smooth and effective delivery of IT services.
Requirements
- Degree in Information Technology, Management or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Network/security configuration experience (Cisco, Palo Alto) etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
