Sales Service Engineer (Malls / Facilities / $3.5K – $4K / AWS / VB) RC

• Provide technical advice and to render support to Architects, Consultants and Contractors
• Visit customers as required, assisting with sales and customer service issues
• Gather costing, generate a quotation, tender submission, and regular follow up
• Manage, maintain a good relationship with key accounts and identify potential new customers and develop new accounts
• Ensure quote activities are updated in a timely manner in accordance with Sales Department standard process
• Manage assigned projects and target on identified must-win projects to ensure meeting set order targets
• Understand and identify business outcomes for customers

• Min Diploma or Degree in Engineering field such as Mechanical or Electrical Engineering / Facilities / Building related
• At least 3-5 years of engineering experience in technical engineering sales
• Communication, negotiation and presentation skills
